The Christ. From Passion to Compassion: An Understanding of Christ & Humanity

This week holds significant importance within the realm of Christianity. I express my deep respect for the beliefs that have been held in high regard by countless individuals over the course of history, and continue to be cherished today. Religion has played an integral role in shaping my life, and I am grateful to possess an open-mindedness that allows me to recognize and appreciate the presence of various other faiths. As well, I strive to comprehend the underlying truths that unite us all, transcending the diverse interpretations found within different religious teachings.

A Mind In Pursuit: "Seek and Ye Shall Find"

The human mind is designed to pursue knowledge. Have you ever considered our innate tendency to inquire and scrutinize? I believe this may be an effort to comprehend ourselves on a personal level as a collective, and to affirm our presence of being.

Religion has undeniably found its position in the realm of human inquiries and responses. While it offers solace and assurance as the comforter of souls, it has also sparked discord, comparisons, and conflicts among individuals. As we progress and develop as a unified entity with diverse beliefs and customs, I earnestly anticipate the emergence of shared principles rooted in goodness for all. I am personally aware of witnessing such occurrences, even though the world may seem to be in a state of disarray.

Profound insights from the Bible that are universally appreciated.

At the core of Christian faith lies Yeshua, more commonly recognized today as Jesus Christ. In this blog post, I am exploring some key lessons taught by Yeshua. I deeply value his teachings on love through  compassion, and the pursuit of a kingdom that transcends material possessions and earthly desires.

First and foremost, Compassion. The act that Yeshua holds in the highest regard from my understanding is that of compassion. It is said that he endured great suffering at the hands of mankind prior to and up to his crucifixion. Despite this, he humbly implored God the father to forgive humanity for their lack of understanding in and of this world. Whether one believes or disbelieve, this act by a man demonstrates a profound purity of love, compassion, and forgiveness that is rarely seen in ordinary individuals today.

Consequently, there is much to be learned from such a remarkable individual, and it should ignite a profound impact within the hearts and minds of all mankind.

It is disheartening and hard to comprehend the atrocities of the past and now the present, especially when compared to the sacrifice of Christ of which is gratetly revered around the world. While his name is widely spoken, the teachings seem to be lost in action. I acknowledge this too as a personal shortcoming, and I hope to inspire others to delve deeper into understanding. I truly believe that embracing the profound teachings of love, compassion, and inner awareness can transform us for the better, aligning us with the true essence of religion.

The teachings of Yeshua also emphasize the importance of seeking the kingdom of God and righteousness above all else. As humanity progresses, it becomes evident that there is a shift towards seeking spiritual fulfillment and living amicably rather than our sometimes crude pursuit of material possessions. Yeshua's teachings encourage individuals to move away from the materialistic desires of the world, such as greed and envy. By following these principles, one can find a sense of liberation and a deeper understanding of oneself.

 And, this is not to belittle nor disregard our material world for those who may ponder. It is for us to hold it loosely as it is fleeting, and bare the sorrows we deeply know as the ending of our bodies.

Not much of an easy blog, but this is the writing of one who appreciate our collective consciousness and belief systems which affects us all. Whether we believe or disbelieve,  we still share this world,  and are all affected by all belief systems. This, is the beauty and power of the human being. We can all still rise beyond our divisions to partake within our world together with the goodness of love, compassion , and raising together our levels of awareness to live the principles taught within our belief systems.
