UNDERSTAND TO END-Suffering: Where None Escapes The Rules of Nature, Whether In Thought, Mind or Material

Suffering

By Nougye Mutungi Mukoma

We are amazing beings. A mind with the understanding as to the limitations we often self impose is bound to feel free. As well is to understand the limitations impressed upon our beings from external influences. Grateful to share learned experience of suffering, through both personal, read, and observations.

Suffering

Human life is such that almost every person on the planet inevitably ponders about suffering. No matter how perfect a person’s life might seem to others, even such a person is tormented in one way or another. In real time, if some of you are in view of social media platforms, a blow by blow is being delivered through comedian Katt Williams via viral YouTube videos commending multimillion views. Mr Katt Williams is one interview at a time unearthing so he says of Hollywood secrets shaking many of the great names of comedy and beyond. Now, this isn't to agree nor disagree, but to shine the light that even for us in the spotlights are subject to the rules of nature as humans and material beings. Be in observation, and you will thus discover a piece of all selves.

Understanding

The truth is that human suffering knows no bounds. We suffer through mind, body, soul, and spirit. We suffer through the mechanical nature of the ego, through our pride, our habit of comparison, judgment, jealousy, envy, gluttony, and greed.

We also suffer through our need for pleasure, even though it might seem like a natural thing to pursue. And we definitely suffer due to our misconceptions of happiness. Not only that but we also suffer through our thoughts, emotions, fears, anger, and pain.

And, if you think about it, a lot of the time, we impose suffering on our own selves through self-judgment, repression, suppression, and our inability to forgive ourselves and others. And in most cases, we suffer through and for lack of knowledge.

What It Means To Suffer

Again, what is to suffer? And who is it that suffers?

Suffering takes many different manifestations in our lives. But the core truth of it is that we suffer due to our belief… our belief that we are different from the whole of our part. Let that resonate.

In other words, we suffer due to our belief that we are separate, that we are not of universal or Godly purpose, or whatever your belief in the Creator.

As such, we suffer from feelings of indifference, and the ego-centric habit of comparing ourselves to others all the time.

As for what it is that suffers, well, we suffer in the mind, psyche, emotions, and within the physical, material body. In fact, you could say that suffering goes right down to the level of chemical dances of our innate being. This is why it is often said that suffering cuts deep.

How Do We End Suffering?

To end suffering, first, we must strike at its core, which is that we suffer due to a lack of truth of… being. Most people never really wonder why they are called “human beings.” They forget that it is the power of being that makes them human. And so, they must wonder whether they even yearn to truly know.

If you look closely, you will realize that we perpetuate within the soup of suffering, masking with shiny objects, fleeting past in our rear-view mirrors. We suffer when our true purpose is made to be buried, unwilling and scared to share its uniqueness of creation.

We suffer due to our feelings of not being enough, or the desire to be enough, our yearning to be whole.

If we truly wish to end suffering, we must understand that we are a complete manifestation of creation, a complete whole of the part, whether we are in sleep or wakefulness… in every breath of every moment. Even though the mind witnesses the self as separate, we are whole and complete.

In the material flesh, we are a borrowed genetic composition of this earthly and cosmic creation and its matter. Elementally, we are comprised of iron, zinc, Ether, fire, air, etc.

Use Emotions As Your Compass

A great way to move from suffering and onto divine bliss is to understand emotions and their role as our compass of check and balance. They are a great way to gauge your mind’s thoughts, perceptions, beliefs, etc. As such, you can use them to eradicate, investigate, and renew back to the wholeness of mind, body, spirit, and God-consciousness. Investigate through the lens of introspect-care and you will have more clarity.

To eradicate fear, anger, and hurt, that come as a result of suffering, it is important to understand your wholeness. No, I don’t promise an easy route, as it leads to the breaking of bonds through both seen and unseen, within the cosmic web of mental and material body. As well, you must do the work of understanding, innerstanding, overstanding, and application of your learning.

And you have to be really careful to not disallow your feelings and emotions. Doing that is to stifling the life energy running through your body. And often, it is seen that it is the cause of diseases, misalignment, dissatisfaction, and disappointments.

So, be kind to yourself, and be gentle in your handling of yourself. In the understanding and discovering of the beauty of the truth, that will be really important.

In the end, I want to leave you with some pearls of wisdom that I hope can shift your perception a little and help you move toward the truth. Not only that, I hope it can help you embody the truth itself.

He who suffers, as well dances with the highest truth. Therefore, be truth.

This is a quote that must be read more than once for its powerful insights. The mind ready to understand will read endlessly, if not this, then life itself, to its own liberation.

As Les Brown says, “If there’s no enemy within, then the enemy without can do us no harm.”
